These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, online store, products, subscriptions, and related services. Throughout these Terms, “Hey, Holli,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Hey, Holli.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Please read them carefully before purchasing from us.

1. Our Store

Hey, Holli creates thoughtfully curated seasonal and holiday-themed boxes containing crafts, activities, family experiences, seasonal items, and other surprises.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We may update, modify, add, or discontinue products, services, website features, or these Terms from time to time.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase through our website.

Our products may be designed for children and families to enjoy, but purchases must be made by an adult or by someone legally authorized to complete the transaction.

3. Products and Box Contents

We put a lot of care into creating each Holli-day Box, but exact products, colors, brands, packaging, materials, or designs may occasionally vary.

Because we work with seasonal inventory, small-batch quantities, suppliers, and changing availability, we reserve the right to substitute an item when necessary.

When substitutions are made, we will make reasonable efforts to provide something of similar purpose, quality, or value.

Photos shown on our website are intended to represent our products as accurately as possible, but colors, packaging, appearance, and exact contents may vary slightly.

Unless a specific item is expressly guaranteed in a product description, promotional images should not be interpreted as a guarantee of every pictured item.

4. Handmade and Creative Activities

Some Hey, Holli products include crafts, paints, adhesives, small pieces, tools, decorations, or other activity materials.

Adult supervision may be necessary depending on the age and ability of the participant.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all included instructions, product labels, warnings, age recommendations, allergy information, and safety notices before use.

Hey, Holli is not responsible for misuse of included materials or for use contrary to the instructions or safety information provided.

5. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, product offerings, subscription pricing, shipping fees, or promotions at any time.

Price changes will not affect an order that has already been fully completed unless there was an obvious pricing or technical error.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added at checkout.

6. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud
• Payment issues
• Incorrect pricing
• Inventory shortages
• Technical errors
• Duplicate orders
• Abuse of promotions
• Orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion.

7. Limited-Quantity Boxes

Many Hey, Holli products may be offered in limited quantities.

Some releases, including Founding Family boxes, seasonal releases, specialty boxes, or limited launches, may sell out.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability until checkout is successfully completed.

We cannot guarantee that a sold-out product will be restocked.

8. Preorders

Some Holliday Boxes may be sold through preorder.

When you place a preorder, you are reserving a future product before fulfillment begins.

Preorder funds may be used to purchase materials, packaging, inventory, and supplies required to prepare that release.

Because Hey, Holli is a small business and we may purchase inventory based directly on preorder quantities, preorder cancellations and refunds may be limited once materials have been ordered or preparation has begun.

Estimated shipping or fulfillment dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Seasonal inventory, supplier delays, carrier issues, weather, or other unexpected circumstances may affect timing.

9. Subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring Hey, Holli subscription, you authorize us and our payment processors to automatically charge the payment method associated with your subscription for each renewal until you cancel.

The price charged at renewal will be the subscription price disclosed to you, subject to any properly communicated price changes.

Subscription boxes may change from month to month, and purchasing a subscription does not guarantee identical quantities, categories, brands, or products in every box.

Each month is intended to provide its own seasonal experience.

10. Subscription Changes and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription to stop future renewals.

Cancellation must occur before the next renewal has been processed.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged, entered fulfillment, or had inventory committed to it.

11. Refunds and Returns

Because many of our boxes contain seasonal, limited-quantity, and specially sourced items, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated.

Refunds, replacements, returns, or store credit may be offered in qualifying situations such as damaged items, missing products, incorrect orders, or other exceptional circumstances.

12. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Hey, Holli is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including weather, carrier delays, high shipping volume, natural disasters, or other disruptions.

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help review the situation.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier may require additional investigation with the carrier before a replacement or refund can be considered.

13. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Refund & Return Policy.

We may request photos of:

• The shipping box
• Product packaging
• Damaged items
• Shipping labels
• The contents received

This helps us determine what happened and provide the most appropriate solution.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes, referral rewards, promotional offers, and special pricing may be subject to separate rules.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be combined
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
• Promotions have no cash value
• Promotions may expire
• Discounts may be limited to certain products, customers, or time periods

We reserve the right to cancel or correct a promotion used fraudulently, improperly, or contrary to its stated terms.

15. Founding Family Offers

Hey, Holli may offer special perks, promotions, referral benefits, recognition, or other incentives to members of our Founding Family.

Eligibility may depend on purchasing during a designated launch period or while designated inventory remains available.

Founding Family perks may change over time unless a particular benefit was expressly guaranteed when purchased.

16. Intellectual Property

All Hey, Holli branding, logos, product designs, box concepts, activity instructions, written content, graphics, photographs, website content, printable materials, inserts, and original creative materials are owned by or licensed to Hey, Holli unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, modified, republished, or used commercially without our written permission.

Purchasing a box gives you the right to enjoy and use the included materials for personal use.

It does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

17. Reviews, Photos, and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photo, testimonial, comment, social media tag, or other content directly to Hey, Holli, you confirm that you have the right to share it.

If you specifically give us permission to repost or use your content, you grant Hey, Holli permission to use that content for promotional, social media, website, or marketing purposes.

We will not knowingly use a customer's private content publicly without appropriate permission.

18. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to:

• Violate any law
• Commit or attempt fraud
• Interfere with website security
• Upload harmful code or malware
• Scrape or copy website content without authorization
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Harass or harm others
• Submit false information
• Misuse discounts, referrals, or promotions

We may correct website errors, pricing errors, product descriptions, or other inaccuracies when discovered.

22. No Guarantee of Individual Experience

We hope every Hey, Holli box creates something special.

However, individual preferences, ages, abilities, interests, and experiences vary.

We cannot guarantee that every person will enjoy every activity, craft, game, product, or item included in a box.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website, products, and services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, except for any warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

We do not guarantee that our website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer warranty or protection that cannot legally be waived.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hey, Holli will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our website, products, or services.

Your continued use of our services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
